Dear Colleague,
You are cordially invited to the 9th International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), Zagreb, Croatia, June 16-18, 2010. The theme will be CSR and Global Governance. Inspired by omnipresent crises of our economies, we ask “Are CSR initiatives gaining momentum or loosing ground?” We hope this year’s theme, CSR and Global Governance and its subtopics, will inspire you to participate and share your viewpoints and observations from the field.

This series of CSR conferences was started by Professor David Crowther in the year 2003 at Metropolitan University, London, UK. The event has been organized every year at various locations around the world including: Malaysia, India, Turkey, and South Africa. Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), a recognized leader in private management education in Croatia looks forward to hosting this upcoming gathering in the capital city of Zagreb and a coastal town. The first three days of the conference will take place at the ZSEM campus in Zagreb and an optional fourth day will offer delegates a unique excursion to the world famous Adriatic coast.

We are extremely happy to announce that Zagreb School of Economics and Management has been granted the Erasmus University Charter (Lifelong Learning Programme) by the European Commission. By entering Erasmus programme student mobility will become much easier because of the funds granted to each student which chooses to go abroad and other benefits. In the end we are sure that this will help our students in getting an international experience which is already extremely important in the globalized economy of today, and will continue becoming more and more important in years to come.
